QUALITY BUILT INTO
EVERY CONNECTION.

Quality is controlled from incoming material through manufacturing, testing and final dispatch to maintain consistency and product reliability.

Quality checked at every critical step

We do not wait until the end to inspect. Quality is controlled at the source, with three independent stages that catch defects before they compound, so every cable that ships is exactly what you specified.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Raw materials and components inspected against approved specifications before entering production.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Continuous monitoring at the critical stages: crimping, soldering and moulding.
Final Quality Check (FQC)
100% electrical testing, visual inspection and dimensional verification before packaging.

In-house testing

Every batch is verified on our own test benches before it is cleared for packing.

Continuity test

Confirms an unbroken electrical path end to end on every conductor.

Short and open test

Detects shorted or open circuits before the cable leaves the line.

Polarity test

Verifies pin to pin wiring matches the approved drawing.

Insulation resistance

Checks insulation integrity between conductors and shielding.

Hi-Pot test

High potential testing to confirm dielectric strength under stress.

Pull force test

Measures mechanical retention of crimped and moulded terminations.

Crimp inspection

Crimp height and form checked against the terminal specification.

Dimensional inspection

Length, stripping and connector dimensions verified to tolerance.

Visual inspection

Surface finish, moulding, printing and packing checked on every unit.

Traceability on every batch

Each production batch carries its own record, from the incoming material used to the test results recorded at final inspection. If a question comes up months later, we can trace it back.

Batch recordsMaterial, operator, line and date captured for every run.
Test reportsElectrical and mechanical results retained against the batch.
Packing recordsCarton and label details linked back to the production batch.
Documentation on requestCompliance documentation and customer specific testing requirements can be supported based on product specification and project requirements.
